Conference Room Hire

The Henry Lilly Suite £40.00 per hour – minimum of 4 hours for room only

The Warwick Room £35.00 per hour – minimum of 4 hours for room only

The Dispensary £28.00 per hour – minimum of 4 hours for room only

We are able to offer the hire of an OHP Screen for £35.00 per day and the hire of a Flip Chart at £25.00 per day.  A1 Paper and pens are additional.  The Above prices Exclude VAT

Delegate Rate The Henry Lilley Suite

From £24.95 per person for a minimum of 200 people.
From £26.95 per person for a minimum of 100 people
From £28.95 per person for a minimum of 50 people
The above rates include a Hot / Cold Buffet, Tea / Coffee on arrival and Room Hire. 
There is no room hire in addition to this rate providing the minimum numbers are met. 
The bar in The Henry Lilley Suite will only be available during a conference by prior arrangement.  The public bar is open during normal hours. 

Delegate Rate The Warwick Room & The Dispensary

From £28.95 per person for a minimum of 40 people.
From £32.95 per person for a minimum of 30 people
From £34.95 per person for a minimum of 20 people
The above rates include a Hot / Cold Buffet, Tea / Coffee on arrival and Room Hire. 
There is no room hire in addition to this rate providing the minimum numbers are met. 
The public bar will be open during normal hours should anyone require an alcoholic refreshment.

Additional Refreshments

Afternoon Tea / Coffee at £1.50 per cup
Orange Juice at £1.50 per glass
Bottled Still / Sparkling Water at £3.95 per bottle
